I have dealt with Celsian for about 4 years. When I became responsible for the co-ordination of Supply teachers in school I decided to trial several companies and based on their performance, identify who we would use as first and second choice when we had need of supply staff.

From the outset, Celsian were determined to win our business, even though, as a small school we were never going to produce a huge amount of business for them.

Their service has always been second to none. Whether our requirement is a planned and long term arrangement or a short notice morning emergency they are available and professional.

Celsian came in and discussed the very specific needs of our school and always endeavour to provide quality teaching staff who will meet the needs of our children. Occasionally, when there have been issues with the supply staff provided, Celsian have been quick to deal with any difficulties and listen to our feedback in order that they are now very much aware of the needs of our school.

Celsian can be contacted almost anytime of the day or night and as a customer you are dealt with professionally by all staff. I particularly appreciate the speed which Celsian respond whether it is to confirm the name of the supply teacher or to tell me, on very rare occasions, that they have nobody suitable available. This allows me to look elsewhere in good time. I also appreciate the fact that sometimes Celsian have staff available but feel that that particular teacher would not be appropriate for our school and they will tell us this rather than send someone unsuitable.

Celsian and our school have an excellent working relationship and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an efficient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic organisation with a bank of good and excellent supply staff.
