Our screening procedures include:
- Face to face interviewing
- CRB Disclosure checks
All disclosure checks are fully enhanced. List 99 checks are also carried out annually.
- Qualification and registration verification
Checks include GTC membership, DfES number and proof of teaching qualification.
- Reference checks
We take up references covering the previous two years, one of which must be from the current or last employer.
- Proof of Right to Work
It is a legal requirement to see all candidates proof of right to work.
- Identification
Only photographic ID is used e.g. driving licence or passport.
- Proof of name change where applicable
- Up to date CV
- Health check questionnaire
- Equal opportunities questionnaire
Quality Monitoring
Quality is reflected in every facet of our service and our policy of getting closer to customers enables us to deliver exceptionally high standards.
We keep in regular contact with individual clients through site visits and written feedback. We regularly send out written Quality Service Evaluations so you can tell us how we are doing and make any suggestions for enhancing our service.
We are in constant communication with our candidates to make sure they remain fulfilled, motivated and part of the quality equation.
